Weston Climate Pro R290 100 kW is an industrial air-to-water heat pump for buildings with high heat demand. The unit uses the natural refrigerant R290, also known as propane. Its global warming potential is only 3 and it has zero ozone depletion potential. This makes the pump an eco-friendly and future-proof choice that complies with the F-gas regulation.

Why choose an R290 industrial air-to-water heat pump?

The design with two compressors and two fans, along with full inverter technology, enables capacity control over a wide range. The unit operates efficiently both at partial load and during peak consumption in cold weather. EVI technology ensures good heating output and efficiency even at low outdoor temperatures, and the pump operates stably down to −35 °C.

Suitable for both new and existing buildings

The leaving water temperature reaches up to 75 °C. Therefore, this industrial air-to-water heat pump is suitable for floor heating and fan coils as well as traditional high-temperature radiators. In summer, the unit can be used for cooling when the leaving water temperature is 7–25 °C. Domestic hot water is produced up to 75 °C by the pump, and the temperature can be adjusted by the user from the controller. A built-in high-temperature sterilization function protects the domestic hot water against the legionella bacterium.
